SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & COST
Canada: Express & expedited rates are based on weight & postal code We ship via the most economic courier service for your destination using Expedited parcel or Express (upon request). Insurance is added for packages valued $200 or more. Additionally, we may request signature in winter to ensure package is not left outside to freeze
Products within Canada contain 5% alcohol as a preservative (approx. 1 drop per dose) unless non-alcohol is requested (cats prefer non-alcohol)
Our products are DUTY-FREE to USA, UK, EU, Japan, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and many European countries!
USA and International orders are non-alcohol only to prevent customs issues and duty charges

Global International: (outside of North America) Shipping costs are based on size and weight of package, its destination, and speed of travel (fuel surcharges change weekly). Shipping rates change weekly due to fuel surcharges
We ship non-alcohol to all countries that have a free trade agreement with Canada, so duty is generally not applicable. Our non-alcohol products are duty-free to most countries
We ship via DHL Express courier with customs brokerage service included. We CAN provide an estimate before shipping. As with USA, 1-4 lbs are one single rate, so you can order up to 15 bottles (450 ml) for the one rate
We can also ship via postal service to save costs. But, the transit time is more than double, the customs wait longer, and in winter can risk damage to the products. For example: 1 lb to Australia (15 days) = about $55 vs DHL (5 days) = about $88. However, DHL up to 4 lbs (5 days) = about $98 vs postal 2 lbs (15 days) = about $71

UK: DUTY FREE DHL Express (4 days) = 0-1 lb (up to 100 ml) = $51 1-4 lbs (up to 360 ml) $58

EXPORT & CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Our products contain a proprietary combination of frequencies. (Think in terms of a melody played by an entire orchestra vs played on a piano)
Our products are not Dangerous or Hazardous Goods, and are safe for air transit, since the content in our exported products is water with 0.017% ascorbic acid. Our flower frequencies are not classified as tangible ingredients. Bottles are just 15 ml, 30 ml and 60 ml in size
Our labels and contents meet the standards for all regulatory bodies and countries to which we export. The specific frequencies that we use for each formula, and the method we use to capture the botanical and sound frequencies is proprietary and is a closely guarded secret to prevent intellectual theft (Chapter 20.61).
We can say that, in the same way that natural vitamins do not comprise the same frequencies or identical properties as synthetic vitamins, our frequencies cannot be duplicated artificially. Nor can they be identically repeated, since seasons, weather, location, time of day and many other factors combine in the outcome of what we create. Our products do not register as a restricted substance during drug testing. However, some of our products will elevate nitrous oxide levels
RETURN POLICY
To ensure your products arrive safely and meet FDA requirements we use tamper-proof seals on our products, and ship in tamper-proof boxes. The products are also protected with special insulating lining and wrapped to protect from heat & cold, X-rays and EMF's. We recommend you retain the special lining to protect your bottles when traveling
We pack very carefully to ensure no breakage. We do replace insured products broken in transit. (insurance is a shipping option at added cost). Insurance is automatically added for orders over $200. Photo evidence of damage must be provided
We strive hard to ensure you always receive the right essence products for your needs. We do replace bottles when the wrong product was shipped. But, because products are ingestible, FDA does not allow us to accept returns on products when seals have been broken or damaged
Products may be returned under the following conditions: You are an Enlightened Feelings Member. The tamper-proof seal is intact (bottle has not been opened). The products do not appear to have been tampered with (ie: by hypodermic needle, water damage, etc) Products must be returned in the original box and packaging to ensure they are properly protected in transit
Stale-dated products: No time limit on return of unopened (sealed) products for exchange or re-charging. Shipping charges are not reimbursed
CARE OF PRODUCTS
Keep away from sunlight, indoor lighting, EMF's (computers, phone and electronic equipment. Store at room temperature, in a cabinet. Do not refrigerate or place on ice. Do not heat
Do not mix product with meat, cheese or milk
Use the dropper only to dispense drops. Do not use dropper in the mouth, leave on a counter or let it touch anything. You may sterilize the dropper with hot water, aqueous ozone, or hydrogen peroxide. If you do not have an oral dose syringe, you may order a dropper
Products containing alcohol have a long shelf life. If the product isn't used for 2 or more weeks, simply success the bottle before using. (rap sharply against the palm of your hand 3-4 times to wake up the energies)
Products that do NOT contain alcohol These products use calcium ascorbate as a preservative. They require a bit more care: If using non-alcohol products that are only used occasionally: After opening the bottle and dispensing at least one dose, you may add 1.5 ml (1/3 - 1/2 tsp) or more of premium vodka to the bottle to increase its shelf life and prevent mold or bacteria. If the product isn't used for 2 or more weeks, simply success the bottle before using. (rap sharply against the palm of your hand 3-4 times to 'wake up' the energies

Ordering from our secure shopping cart creates a purchase order. Nothing is charged to your credit card online. So, you can add or make changes to your order or request a shipping quote, simply by emailing or calling us. And we can test or assist you if needed
Credit card payment is applied on the day your order actually ships. This allows us time to perform services such as testing, or make recommended changes to your order. Applicable discounts are credited to your order and shipping cost is added before we process your payment. A detailed receipt with package tracking # is emailed to you
Our products are all in Canadian currency. For USA and international orders, your credit card statement will show a discount for USA currency exchange
